Xemnas' wanted poster. I decided that his munny bounty should be the same as Roxas'. After all, he is the leader! There were so many other things I wanted him to be charged for, but I was running out of room, so I just wrote down "Etc..." to show that there are other things he's done that just won't fit into his wanted poster!!!!
